Pick Me Up
Identity, Publication

Visual identity and publication design for Pick Me Up Mag issues 1 and 2. PMU is a Harriet Renn and Good One Creative initiative that spotlights local creativity, community and enterprise.

The publication’s primary goal is to elevate and educate through playful and interactive publishing methods. The first issue focused on the tactility of this idea, featuring fold-out pages, loose paraphernalia and playful layouts anchored by a rigid and uncompromising title grid. Issue 2 imposed unique graphic interventions for each article’s title, bold typographic chapter breaks and an extended colour palette to separate sections.
