A collaged affair for Twisted Fix’s debut 12-inch record Authentic Ignorance.

Leaning into the band’s creative ethos and affinity toward 80s and 90s punk rock, we took a very hands-on approach to creating the album artwork. Gutter scuffed pages laden with dirt, dust and rust, torn pieces of tape, loose threads, frayed fabric, sewing pins, holes, scrunched magazines, smudged stamps and sketchy hand-lettering all combine to reflect a sense of honesty within the record. By embracing improvisation and experimentation, we draw parallels to the music making process. Meanwhile, a selection of digitally generated graphics infiltrate and resolve the hand-made composition, provoking a tension between cover elements.

A hand-collaged insert with BTS photographs completes the vinyl package.
